Open House Signs Returned

Please return the open house sign to school next week.  We are going to use this again for upcoming events.  You are welcome to give them to us at drop off time or bring them into the school office.  We appreciated everyone taking them and helping us to advertise our Pancake Breakfast/Open House.  You are welcome to keep the stand.  If the stand it bent, we do have additional ones for the next time that they are used.

St. Joseph Day Celebration

What a wonderful celebration this was including being able to join with so many of our dads and grandfathers at mass on Wednesday.  A special thank you to Cyndy Marsh and Lisa Collias who coordinated the event and the reception afterwards.  Thank you as well to Steve Kiryakoza who put together the Power Point with the dads and their children.  There were lots of smiles in the room while watching Power Point.  We have so very much to be grateful for.

Easter Meal

Attached to the newsletter is information regarding our annual Easter Meal.  If you have already not done so, please complete the form and return to school by Wednesday, March 20th.  Thank you.

Help Needed

We do have an informational table for school set up at the Fish Fry.  We need our parents at the time to answer questions and to invite our guests and potential new students to the Pancake breakfast.  It’s only 2 hours of your time.  Please go to the link below and sign up:

I thank Christine Roe for being at the table last week and Jen Kalis for coming this week.  We still need someone from 6-8 p.m. this weekFor the children of any parent who works the table, they are able to have a dress down day on the Monday following.

There was a great article in the Spinal Column about the St. William Fish Fry.  Click on the link below to see the write up.

The yearbook is still being completed but is available for pre order on the company website.  Books are $20 and all books ordered before April 29th will qualify for free shipping to the school.  They will arrive for distribution before Memorial Day.  Please go to the following website to place your order:

DQ Day

Thank you for supporting Children’s Miracle Network on the DQ free cone day.  The students from our school donated approximately $350 to this charity.  The owners were humbled by and thankful for your generosity.  And the children were able to enjoy an ice cream treat.  It was a special day- dads, donuts and DQ.
